A full-cycle developer and investor — from raw land to a held asset.

    We identify, acquire, and entitle land, then develop it into income-producing real estate — carrying the risk and the upside through to completion.

  2. Multifamily & Residential

    Purpose-built rental apartments, townhome communities, and custom homes — the core of our portfolio on both sides of the border.

  3. Commercial & Industrial

    Tilt-up business parks, retail, fuel and convenience, and build-to-suit / net-lease (NNN) development for commercial tenants and long-term operators.

  4. Design & Planning

    Architecture, drafting, and permitting handled in-house. While other developers outsource, we keep the work that defines a project under our own roof.

  5. Construction & Delivery

    Hands-on construction management from first drawing to final detail, with a trusted set of trades and a standard of finish we sign our name to.

  6. Investment & Asset Management

    We build to hold — capturing the development spread, stabilizing the asset, and managing it for durable, long-term value.

Founded in 2016 by a team with deep roots in Greater Vancouver's construction community, Square Mile has grown through referrals, returning clients, and the slow accumulation of work we're proud to sign our name to. Today that same team carries its in-house design and build-to-hold approach across the border, into the Pacific Northwest and the U.S. South, and across residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate.
