Founded in 2016 by a team with deep roots in Greater Vancouver's construction community, Square Mile has grown through referrals, returning clients, and the slow accumulation of work we're proud to sign our name to. Today that same team carries its in-house design and build-to-hold approach across the border, into the Pacific Northwest and the U.S. South, and across residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate.
We acquire sites across British Columbia and our U.S. markets, and partner with landowners who would rather share in the upside than simply sell. Design is handled in-house, and we move quickly and quietly.
